Senior School Leader of Learning Melissa Barnes, asks Professor of Molecular Oncology Susan Ramus about her life saving research into ovarian cancer, the challenges and successes of scientific research and the importance of gender balance in STEM subjects and careers for women in Science.

Professor Susan Ramus leads the Molecular Oncology group at the University of New South Wales. She is aiming to improve the prediction of ovarian cancer and the prognosis for patients. She established and co-leads international consortia to share crucial resources and information to help the global fight against this disease.
